Possui serviços de chamada em espera, conferência, identificador, siga-me, musica on hold. (Serviços depende da operadora ou PABX IP instalado). Função de viva voz e conector para headset, visor de cristal liquido monocromática, ou tela web. Sua alimentação pode ser feita através de fonte de alimentação ou cabo de rede PoE. Suas duas portas de rede permitem que o computador seja conecto diretamente no telefone, deixando livre uma porta no switch
